Have been here only 4 months but am amazed at how quiet the neighborhood is . Never hear neighbors so apartments are well insulated. Snow removal during recent week of snow was excellent and timely. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

If you are looking for a quiet place with a view of the trees Park Commons Apartment is the right place! It is a very quiet place and has security, the maintenance is very good, very comfortable to live in, I live with my brother and we have an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the rent is very good! You have the opportunity to rent your apartment with washing machines or a fireplace. Also close to grocery shopping places!

These apartments are amazing! I've lived here since 2016 and only had to call maintenance ONCE for a sink my fiance stopped up. Lol. They maintain these apartments VERY well, they are updated and quite actually luxurious. I love that there are washer and dryer hookups, and the area is arguably the best- No crime, the biggest drama that happens here is someone parking in the spot you wanted. I would recommend these apartments to college kids, small families, and singles alike. The staff (especially the new management) is prompt and friendly always! I honestly can't find a single thing to complain about with these apartments- great price, great location, great quality!
