Pet Policy


Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Valley Park, MO? Look no further than Park Commons apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs as part of our great amenities here at Park Commons. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Pet Policy:

  • Park Commons Apartments allow dogs and cats
  • Two pets per apartment home, no more than 100 pounds combined.
  • A pet addendum and vet records are required
  • We have breed restrictions and do not allow: Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, any non-domestic dogs, or any mix of the previously stated breeds. Please see the leasing office for additional restricted breeds.

Pet Fees:

  • 1 pet: $35 monthly pet rent + $250 one-time non-refundable fee + $150 refundable pet deposit
  • 2 pets: $50 monthly pet rent + $400 one-time non-refundable fee + $150 refundable pet deposit
